1. Parties and acceptance of terms

PİM.az is the job and career platform of Peşəkar İş Mərkəzi MMC.

By using the site, creating an account or using platform features, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable parts of these terms.
Where additional terms are required by law or by a specific service feature, those terms also apply.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the relevant platform feature.

2. Account creation and security

Information submitted when opening an account must be accurate, up to date and information that you are authorized to use.

Giving one person's account details to another person or using someone else's account without authorization is prohibited.
Keep passwords, one-time codes and other access details confidential.
Notify PİM.az immediately if you notice suspicious activity in your account.
PİM.az may restrict an account if security or identity verification requirements are not met.

3. Company accounts and vacancies

A company must offer only genuine and lawful employment opportunities and keep vacancy information accurate.

The vacancy title, responsibilities, requirements, location and other key information must not be misleading.
New vacancies are published after moderation review.
Edits to a published vacancy may be subject to the platform's revision and moderation rules.
A vacancy is published for a maximum of 30 calendar days. When the period expires, it becomes inactive and the applicable credit or payment rules apply to extensions.

4. Job seeker and application rules

Job seekers must provide truthful information for recruitment purposes and understand that the career information selected when applying will be shared.

You cannot apply to the same vacancy more than once.
A limit of five successful applications per day applies according to Baku time.
The company sees only the Portfolio selected for that application.
A snapshot of information submitted when applying may be retained to preserve application history.

5. Career Portfolio and sharing

The Career Portfolio brings a user's professional information together in a consistent format and enables sharing with selected people.

The Portfolio is not a file-upload system; information is managed through structured fields on the platform.
Users can share the Portfolio themselves through a QR code or permanent sharing code or link.
Anyone with the sharing link can view the current public Portfolio version.
Portfolio information is managed only in accordance with product rules and ownership permissions.
The application snapshot is retained independently of changes to the live Portfolio.

6. Permitted use

The platform must be used only lawfully, securely and in line with the purpose of the service.

Searching vacancies, applying, creating a Career Portfolio and managing lawful recruitment processes.
Using a company account only as an authorized representative of that company.
Viewing another user's information only within the authority granted by the platform.

7. Prohibited activities

The following activities conflict with platform security, other users' rights or the integrity of the service.

Posting a fake vacancy, false identity or misleading information.
Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages or advertising, or otherwise misusing the platform.
Collecting, extracting, selling or sharing other people's information without authorization.
Bypassing rate limits, authentication, access controls or other security mechanisms.
Introducing malicious code, carrying out automated attacks, stealing data or disrupting the service.
Harassing, threatening or discriminating against other platform users.

8. Content and intellectual property

The user who posts information is primarily responsible for its legal and factual accuracy.

Users must use only text, images, logos and other materials that they have the right to publish.
PİM.az protects its rights in the platform interface, software, design, logo and system content.
Content that violates the law or these terms may be removed, hidden or sent for moderation.
Users grant PİM.az the rights necessary to technically store and display content they post for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Moderation and account restrictions

PİM.az may review content and account activity to maintain a secure and reliable platform.

A vacancy, content or account that violates the rules may be investigated and temporarily restricted.
An account may be blocked or service suspended for a serious or repeated violation.
The primary purpose of moderation decisions is to protect other users' rights, platform security and service reliability.
Users may request an explanation of a decision through the official contact and support channel provided by the platform.

10. Paid services and transactions

When paid packages or other commercial features are active, the price, duration and payment rules stated for that service apply.

Payment information is processed only to the extent required to complete the transaction.
Payment status, amount and transaction identifiers may be retained for billing and audit purposes.
Applicable service rules and payment provider procedures are taken into account for failed, cancelled or refunded transactions.

11. Service suspension and availability

PİM.az may temporarily suspend certain features for security, maintenance, legal requirements or rule violations.

Some features may be briefly unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
An account or specific feature may be restricted immediately where unlawful or harmful activity is suspected.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but aims to limit the impact of technical issues as far as possible.

12. Limitation of liability

PİM.az is not a party to the recruitment decision itself and is not liable on behalf of users for the accuracy of information they provide.

Companies and job seekers make their own decisions and are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.
PİM.az is not a party to employment relationships or agreements that arise outside the platform's technical functions.
Users assume risks arising from activities that harm the platform or violate third-party rights.

13. Updates to the terms

These terms may be updated as services, features, payment models and legal requirements change.

The updated text becomes the effective version from the date it is published on this page.
Where practicable, users may be informed of material changes within the service or through another appropriate channel.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may stop using the account or relevant service.
